Refund policy

Summary of our returns terms. The full policy is on our Return & Refund Policy page, and manufacturing defects are covered by our Warranty Policy.

Return window

  • Apparel: 14 days from delivery.
  • Rackets, bags and accessories: 7 days from delivery. Rackets must be unused and unplayed, with protective film intact.

Exchanges and shipping

  • Apparel size exchanges within Indonesia are free. We cover the courier both ways.
  • Change of mind, or a refund for a wrong size: you pay return shipping.
  • Wrong, defective or damaged items: we cover return shipping.

Not returnable

Used or played rackets; grips, overgrips and socks (hygiene); tournament balls; customised items; sale, clearance or bundle items unless defective; gift cards.

How to request a return

Sign in to your account, open Orders, select the order and tap Request return. Or contact us at business@neuronpadel.com or WhatsApp +62 812 8887 1095 with your order number. Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after we inspect the item.
