1. About Us

This website, NEURONPADEL.COM, is operated by NEURON PADEL PTE LTD, a company incorporated in Singapore (the Singapore company), registered at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 SBF Center, Singapore 068914. Orders delivered to addresses in Indonesia are sold and fulfilled by PT NEURON PADEL INDONESIA, Daan Mogot Rd No.97, Unit P7E1, RT.5/RW.1, Duri Kepa, Kebonjeruk, West Jakarta City, Jakarta 11510. In these terms, NeuronPadel, we, us and our mean the company that sells your Order.

By browsing this website, creating an account, placing an order or joining a NeuronPadel event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Definitions

  • Customer or you: any person who uses the website, creates an account or places an order.
  • Products: padel rackets, apparel, bags and accessories sold by NeuronPadel.
  • Order: a request to purchase Products submitted through the website.
  • Content: the text, images, videos, designs and product information on the website.
  • User Content: photos, videos, reviews or other material you post, send or tag to NeuronPadel.
  • Events: clinics, community play sessions, tournaments and other activities organised by NeuronPadel.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian who also agrees to these terms. If you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date
  • Hold only one account, for your own use, and not transfer it to anyone else
  • Keep your login details secure and not share them
  • Tell us immediately at business@neuronpadel.com if you suspect unauthorised use

You are responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Amateur Athlete Eligibility

If you compete as an amateur or junior player, you are responsible for checking that buying or receiving our Products, joining our Events or appearing in our content does not affect your eligibility under the rules of your federation or association. NeuronPadel is not responsible for any loss of eligibility.

5. Product Information

We make every effort to show Products accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Racket specifications such as weight and balance are subject to a manufacturing tolerance of plus or minus 10 g. All Products are subject to availability.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in your local currency and includes applicable taxes. Payment is due in full at checkout through the methods shown on the website. If a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the Order and refund you in full.

7. Orders

Your order confirmation email confirms that we received your Order; it does not mean the Order is accepted. A contract is formed when we dispatch the Products. We may refuse or cancel an Order, or limit quantities, for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or suspected commercial resale. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and fees charged by the destination country are paid by the Customer unless stated otherwise at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.

9. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Manufacturing defects are covered under our Warranty Policy. These policies form part of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Intellectual Property

All Content, including the NeuronPadel name, logo, the tagline, product names, designs, photos and text, is owned by or licensed to NeuronPadel. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Using the website does not give you any right to our trademarks.

11. User Content

You keep ownership of the User Content you post, send or tag to NeuronPadel, including on social media using our handles or hashtags. By doing so, you grant NeuronPadel and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish and share it, including the name and likeness of people shown, in any media for marketing and commercial purposes, without payment.

You confirm that you own the User Content or have permission to share it, that everyone featured has consented (including a parent or guardian for anyone under 18), and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You may ask us to stop future use of your likeness by contacting us; this does not affect material already published. We may remove any User Content at our discretion.

12. Feedback and Ideas

Suggestions, ideas and feedback you send us about our Products or services are non-confidential. We may use them for any purpose, including product development and marketing, without compensation or credit to you.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose
  • Buy Products for commercial resale unless you are an authorised NeuronPadel reseller
  • Impersonate any person, including NeuronPadel athletes or staff
  • Interfere with, damage or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
  • Copy, scrape or extract Content or data by automated means
  • Use Content, product images or data from the website to develop, train or test artificial intelligence or machine-learning models
  • Post User Content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, infringing or contains malicious code

The website may link to third-party websites, marketplaces, payment providers and partner clubs. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

15. Physical Activity and Safety

Padel involves physical exertion and a risk of injury. Our Products, Content and Events do not provide medical advice. If you have a health condition or injury, consult a medical professional before playing or joining an Event. Use Products as intended, follow our care and safety instructions, and consider protective eyewear. You take part in padel and Events at your own risk, except where injury is caused by our negligence or a defective Product.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NeuronPadel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to an Order is limited to the amount paid for that Order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

17. Indemnity

You agree to compensate NeuronPadel, its affiliates, staff and partners for claims, losses and reasonable legal costs caused by your breach of these terms, your User Content, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

18. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes are valid for one use per Customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers. We may change or withdraw promotions at any time.

19. Privacy

We collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with applicable data protection laws, including Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022) and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

20. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close your account, cancel pending Orders or restrict your access to the website if you breach these terms, act fraudulently or misuse the website. Paid Orders we cancel this way are refunded unless the law allows otherwise. Sections 10, 11, 12, 16, 17 and 21 continue to apply after termination. For Orders sold by PT NEURON PADEL INDONESIA, both parties waive Article 1266 of the Indonesian Civil Code to the extent it requires a court order to terminate.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

Orders sold by PT NEURON PADEL INDONESIA are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. All other Orders, and use of this website, are governed by the laws of Singapore and subject to the courts of Singapore. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably. Nothing here removes protections you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

These terms are made in English.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page with an updated date. Changes apply to Orders placed after that date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the new terms.

24. General

  • Assignment: we may transfer our rights and obligations to an affiliate or successor. You may not transfer yours without our written consent.
  • No waiver: if we do not enforce a term, we may still enforce it later.
  • Severability: if any term is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
  • Entire agreement: these terms, with the policies referred to in them, are the whole agreement between you and NeuronPadel on their subject.
